The supply of goods – subsequently produced – by RIELLO5 S.A.S. with registered office in Via ANGELO Riello 5a, Padova (PD), – 35122 – via the web site www.favarettoandpartners.com/shop – by now called customer (s) – are governed by the following general sales conditions, by now called General conditions, which are an integral and substantial part of all the contracts signed between www.favarettoandpartners.com/shop and customers.
RIELLO5 S.A.S. reserves the right to modify the General Conditions at any time, and the changes will be effective from the moment of their publication on www.favarettoandpartners.com/shop, subject to their application only to the disposals made after that publication.
Orders and conclusion of contracts
To submit an order, fill in the order in each part by filling in the appropriate forms and pay the total amount of the order by credit card or PayPal payments (where present, including shipping costs).
After receiving the customer’s order, which will constitute a proposal for purchase, and the bank’s communication of the made payment, RIELLO5 S.A.S. will send to the customer, by e-mail to the address stated by the customer at the time of order, the confirmation of the same transition. It will be the acceptance of the proposal.
The sales agreement between RIELLO5 S.A.S. and the customer will end at the time of receipt by the customer of the order confirmation of RIELLO5 S.A.S ..
The products offered by RIELLO5 S.A.S. are normally available, however, there may be a non-availability of products ordered by the customer. In this case RIELLO5 S.A.S. will inform the customer in the shortest possible time and will refund the customer the sum, if any, already paid for the price of the unavailable product / s and of transport; The customer will not be entitled to any other reimbursements and / or compensation and / or damages.
All accounting and tax documentation relating to the sale of products will be issued basing on the data provided by the customer in the registration and ordering process. In this documentation, the delivery costs will be separately highlighted

Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed on www.favarettoandpartners.com/shop are inclusive of VAT (22%).
The sales prices of the products will be those in force at the time of the conclusion of the contract and visible at www.favarettoandpartners.com/shop. In the event of a price variation, RIELLO5 S.A.S. will, however, apply to the customer the current price at the time of order.
Delivery of products
The delivery obligation will be deemed fulfilled by RIELLO5 S.A.S. by returning the products to the courier.
Delivery costs are paid by the customer, who will pay them together with the products (on average 5 weeks). RIELLO5 S.A.S. reserves the right to not charge the customer for all or part of the delivery costs, any customs duties are charged to the customer.
The delivery of the products to the customer will be handled by the courier with the modalities and the address, on the road plan, indicated in the order.
Delivery times indicated on www.favarettoandpartners.com/shop will normally be respected by couriers. Possible delays may occur if the product is not available in the warehouse. In case the customer will be immediately notified and the delay will not exceed 30 days.

RIELLO5 S.A.S. maintains and manages carefully the products, and guarantees the material integrity at delivery.
The customer is obliged to declare any defects and / or defects by written notice within eight days of their discovery. If the customer is covered by the warranty, the customer will be entitled to substitute, where possible and at RIELLO5 S.A.S. charge, the defected products or to be repaid the amount paid for such products.
When any breaks or tampering of the packaged products occur, the customer will reject the parcel, explaining the reasons for refusal in the waybill. Line will take care of contact the customer who will be able to decide a new free shipment, or the refund of the price and delivery charges.
However, the right of withdrawal may be waived by the customer.
Each product sold by RIELLO5 S.A.S. is guaranteed for 2 years, subject to major warranties provided by the manufacturer.
Warranty repairs will be carried out by RIELLO5 S.A.S. , with withdrawal at home.
Warranty repairs, for products sold directly by us, must be authorized with a return authorization number that will be notified via email after the assistance request. We therefore encourage our customers not to ship anything without requiring their return authorization number, otherwise parcels will be rejected.
In case the warranty does not cover the repair of the product, the withdrawal and delivery costs will be paid by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
The customer – if he is a natural person who acts for purposes not related to the professional activity he / she has done – is entitled to the withdrawal provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005, which can be exercised without any penalties and without specifying the reason. The withdrawal must be effected within fourteen (14) business days from the day of receipt of the products by sending a written communication by recorded delivery letter with acknowledgment of receipt, which indicates the intention to withdraw from the contract to RIELLO5 S.A.S. with registered office in Via ANGELO Riello 5a, Padova (PD), – 35122 – e-mail: email@example.com. Although no reason for the withdrawal right is required, to improve the service, we invite the customer, who is not required to do it, to indicate the reasons of his failure. In the event of the right of withdrawal, the products already delivered will have to be returned to RIELLO5 S.A.S., perfectly intact and in their original packaging by the customer (in the case of return of products not ready to be sold again directly to other customer, an equal amount to the damage occurred will be deducted from the sum to be returned to the customer) Returns must be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the goods. RIELLO5 S.A.S., after receiving the goods and verifying their integrity, will, within the shortest time and in any case within 14 days, will credit the amount of the returned products (except incidental expenses such as shipping and / or COD that will remain to be paid by the customer. For the purposes of this return, the customer must provide his / her banking coordinates. The right of withdrawal can be applied to natural persons who act for purposes not related to their professional activity. Retailers or companies don’t enjoy the right to withdraw. The restitution of the goods will not be accepted if it has been used.
